A deposit may be required 30 days prior to departure. Smoking and Alcohol are prohibited by law on all vehicles. Cost based on services detailed in confirmation and is subject to change in accordance with your actual itinerary. A signed contract/confirmation is required, and will confirm your reservation and acknowledge your acceptance of the agreement. Denny Bus Lines Ltd. reserves the right to substitute equipment in order to fulfill this agreement.

We are not responsible or liable for items left on the vehicle, for loss of time due to mechanical failure, inclement weather, or traffic/road conditions. We cannot guarantee the assignment if requested drivers or specific vehicles. Driver’s Hours of Duty must not exceed Federal or Provincial Rules & Regulations. Any pre-recorded videos played on board are subject to compliance with the copyright act.

Denny Bus Lines Ltd. must be notified of cancellation at least 48 hours prior to departure; otherwise, a cancellation fee may apply.
