Clarence came from humble beginnings. Born on the family’s homestead in Acton, Clarence wanted wheels before he could drive, and he has had them ever since, in fact, many of them. Clarence built the company from scratch when he inherited a 1954 black Dodge from his father, and transported five students to four local schools, and often said “if the dog wanted to go, he would take the dog too!”
Two years later, Clarence purchased his first two school buses, while slowly adding more school buses and routes as the years passed. In 1978, expanding once again, Clarence purchased his first motor coach and started operating local tours, increasing vehicles and licenses extending into the United States and across Canada.
Today, the company is a third generation company operating approximately 100 vehicles within Southern Ontario, employing approximately 120 employees.
